Nanci Woodman Perlstein is a Registered Nurse with over 39 years of experience in her field and an extensive expertise in all facets of nursing, especially operating room, ambulatory, and post-anesthesia care nursing. Nanci is currently serving patients within the VA Medical Center-Asheville in Asheville, North Carolina and is also affiliated with Mission Health System.
Nanci Woodman Perlstein’s career in nursing began in 1971 when she graduated with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey. She holds additional certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and attributes her successful career to having always wanted to become a nurse. When she is not assisting her patients, Nanci dedicates her free time to horseback riding and skiing.
