With an upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare, Kathleen S. Gillespie, RN, BSN, MBA, CNE, joins the prestigious ranks of the International Nurses Association. She is a Registered Nurse with 30 years of experience in her field and an extensive expertise in all facets of nursing, especially surgical and medical cardiac critical care. Kathleen is currently serving patients as an Orthopedic Service Strategist for Virtua Health System in Marlton, New Jersey.
Kathleen obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from The College of New Jersey, followed by her Master’s of Business Administration degree from Eastern University. Additionally, she holds certification in Nursing Administration through the American Nurses Association. Kathleen maintains a professional membership with the National Association of Orthopaedic Nurses, and is an inductee of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She attributes her success to her yearning to continue to learn, to improve patient care, and her wonderful mentors along the way. When she is not working, Kathleen enjoys running and playing golf.
