AMA Tampa Bay brings in industry titan to shed light on ‘secret formula to record-breaking marketing campaigns’

Local AMA chapter welcomes 30-year marketing veteran, American Marketing Association CEO, Russ Klein

AMA-Tampa-BayAMA Tampa Bay has unveiled the featured speaker for the upcoming event this month. Russ Klein, American Marketing Association CEO and industry mainstay, will host the local AMA chapter’s event, “The Secret Formula to Create Record-Breaking Marketing Campaigns.”

Klein, who has three decades of experience in advertising, marketing and strategic planning, in addition to numerous nominations to “top marketer” lists over the years, will reveal to attendees how he uses “design targeting” to understand customer wants and needs and how marketers can better shape their image.

“The old saying goes that ‘To improve is to change and that to perfect is to change often,” says Klein. “And that is what I try to teach others that are in our industry, one must always be willing to change their brand image so that it may keep appealing to consumers.”

Additionally, Klein’s presentation will have a large focus on the social aspects of marketing. According to Klein, this in particular allows marketers to understand consumers in greater depth and can help them magnify their campaign efforts for maximum results.

The luncheon will also explore the different aspects of what Klein calls his “special formula” and how each can be incorporated in everything from product development and merchandising, to sales and marketing.
