PSCU has received the Silver Award for Excellence in the category of Best Learning Strategy & Governance from Brandon Hall Group, the CUSO announced today. PSCU earned the award for its “Talent & Organization Development Book of Business Process” talent governance program.
PSCU’s “T&OD Book of Business Process” governance program was recognized because of its innovation, program design, functionality, measurable benefits and satisfying the needs of the organization. More than 100 entries were received within the category and evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and executive leadership. An award from Brandon Hall Group signifies one of the top peer recognition honors in the learning industry globally.
“This year’s winners should be very proud of their achievements especially based on the rigorous judging process all submissions underwent,” said Mike Cooke, Chief Executive Officer of Brandon Hall Group, Inc. “We are honored to recognize the award winners who exemplify a high standard of performance in their organization and demonstrate clear, measurable business results through these innovative programs.”
Now entering its 20th year, the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards Program is the most prestigious awards program in the industry. Often times called the “Academy Awards” by Learning, Talent and Business Executives, the program was one of the first of its kind in the learning industry, which was pioneered in 1994.
One of PSCU’s core strategies is to be a destination employer. “Earning this award from Brandon Hall Group after only our first year of transforming our Talent & Organizational Development program shows we are on the right track,” said John Buschiazzo, SVP, Organizational Capability & Effectiveness for PSCU. “We’re honored and feel very privileged to accept this award.”
