Born in Germany, Dr. Raval relocated to the United Kingdom, completing his pre-dental education in 2003 at the University of Oxford. Thereafter, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2008 from the University of Birmingham. He worked as a general dentist in both Germany and the United Kingdom before moving to the United States to undertake his residency training in periodontics and implantology at the University of Washington. He is noted for his contributions to the field of dentistry, his Master’s Research Thesis on “Microbial Interaction with Dental Implant Restorations” being considered a world’s first and changing the way dental implants are restored today.
Dr. Raval has dedicated his life to providing the highest standard of quality dental care to his patients of all ages. He is still involved in research, mentors graduate students, lectures both nationally and internationally, and is a Basic Life Support Instructor. For his hard work and dedication, he is the recipient of numerous awards and honors, and has been recognized as a Metropolitan Top Doctor since 2013. Dr. Raval attributes his success to his energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards his work, and to the support of his wonderful wife and two daughters who have helped make everything easier for him.
