Hernandez-Firmin is an established Family Nurse Practitioner currently serving patients within the practice of Dr. Hector Robles in Lafayette, Louisiana. Featuring over 16 years of experience in nursing, he is a specialist family practice nurse.
Fernando gained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2001 from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, becoming a Registered Nurse. An advocate for continuing education, he went on to obtain his Master of Science Degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration within the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Fernando has worked in many areas of nursing throughout his career, holding increasingly senior positions. He attributes his success to his love of his work, and his passion for educating his patients and helping them achieve better health.
