Conditions treated by her include glaucoma, cataracts, blepharitis, nystagmus, keratitis, macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. She is also renowned for her use of the latest technological advances, including laser cataract removal, and for patenting the Epi Glare testing system for patients with cataracts.
Dr. Epitropoulos keeps up to date with advances and innovations in her field through her membership of professional organizations including the American Board of Ophthalmology, the International Society of Refractive Surgeons, and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
