However, according to Johns Hopkins, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and a lack of physical activity are the most common causes. While these are considered the most likely culprits, many don’t know that erectile dysfunction can also be porn-induced.
Porn induced erectile dysfunction can be treated by avoiding pornography for at least 90 days and exploring sexuality through your other senses. So, if you want a great real-life sex life, it might be a good idea to steer clear of watching too much porn.
