The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome, Deborah Baldwin Burch, RN, BSN, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Deborah holds over 40 years of experience and an extensive expertise in all facets of nursing, especially nurse education and nurse supervision. She is currently serving patients at Advantage Home Health Care Inc. in Indiana.
Deborah graduated with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 1976 from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio, and holds additional certification as an operating room nurse. Deborah attributes her great success in nursing to her wonderful mentors, especially Avelyn Chilcoate. When she is not assisting patients, Deborah enjoys relaxing by horseback riding.
