ricky martin A Quien Quiera EscucharThe multiple GRAMMY® and Latin GRAMMY®-winning artist Ricky Martin releases his studio album A Quien Quiera Escuchar (To Whoever Wants to Listen), Tuesday, February 10, around the world on Sony Music Latin.

Available in both digital and physical formats, and in Standard and Deluxe editions, this album is Ricky Martin’s first since 2011 and the tenth of his career. It may be the most personal and intimate work ever released by this vocalist, humanitarian, author, actor and entrepreneur.

The Standard edition of A Quien Quiera Escuchar contains 10 tracks, while the Deluxe edition contains 13, including acoustic songs written by Ricky Martin in collaboration with the renowned composers Pedro Capó, Yotuel Romero, Yoel Henríquez, Rafael Esparza Ruiz, Beatriz Luengo, José Gómez, David Julca, Johnny Julca and Jorge Ruiz Flores.

Recorded between Australia, Puerto Rico, L.A. and Mexico City, this album was produced by the renowned Colombian composer, arranger and pianist Julio Reyes Copello (Marc Anthony, Jennifer López, Nelly Furtado).

“My main objective was to ensure that Ricky could sing with the same voice he uses to speak when he really wants to be heard, and thus support the mostly autobiographical content of the songs,” Reyes Copello notes.

The result is a postmodern eclectic album that warms our hearts, makes us want to dance, and invites us to reflect. Each song unveils a different emotional landscape, a journey that the artist embarks upon in an unpretentious way and with palpable enthusiasm.

This album features the hit singles “Adiós” and “Disparo Al Corazón”, whose success bodes well for this album and its place within Ricky Martin’s body of work.

In support of the release of A Quien Quiera Escuchar, Ricky Martin will be holding autograph signings, making TV appearances and performing exclusive concerts in L.A., NYC, Miami and Puerto Rico during release week. (Detailed info below.)

After completing his whirlwind promotional tour, Ricky Martin will return to Miami to perform February 19 at the Premio Lo Nuestro awards ceremony, where he is nominated in four categories. From there, he will travel Down Under to once again serve as coach on The Voice Australia.
