Lena Maria Dunn is an established Family Nurse Practitioner who continues to provide exceptional care and support to her patients within the Escambia Community Clinics in Florida. Featuring over seven years of experience in her field, she has a special expertise in medical/surgical nursing, progressive care, and pediatrics.
Lena’s career in nursing began in 2010, when she graduated with her Nursing Degree from the University of West Florida. An advocate for pursuing further education, she went on to earn her Master of Science Degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration in 2017 from Southern University. Since graduating, she has completed a number of advanced training courses.
To keep current with the new nursing developments, guidelines, and procedures, Lena remains a distinguished member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. A Daisy Award recipient in 2016, she has dedicated her life to providing the highest standard of quality and compassionate care to her patients. Lena attributes her success to her hard work and love for people, and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, and being with her two young sons.
