Dr. Hamid Harry A. Hai obtained his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the Prince of Wales Medical College in Patna, India in 1965. After completing residencies in internal medicine and cardiology at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, he undertook a fellowship at Harvard University and at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
Dr. Hai is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He has earned the coveted title of Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians. Dr. Hai maintains a professional membership with the American College of Nutrition, allowing him to stay current with the latest advances in his field. He attributes his success to his love of helping his patients solve their heart problems and achieve healthier lives. When not assisting patients, Dr. Hai enjoys reading, photography and oil painting.
