The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Leslie R. Traynor, RN, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Leslie R. Traynor is a Registered Nurse with over four decades of experience in her field and an extensive expertise in all facets of nursing, especially working in nursing homes and private clinics, as well as home care, outpatient, and drug rehab nursing. Leslie is currently serving patients in Columbia Falls, Montana.
Leslie R. Traynor graduated in 1975 from the Missoula Vocational Technical Center in Missoula, Montana, becoming a licensed practical nurse. An advocate for continuing education, Leslie gained a further Nursing Degree from Salish Kootenai College in Pablo, Montana, becoming a registered nurse. In addition, Leslie teaches home care to new Registered Nursing students.
Leslie has worked in many settings throughout her successful nursing career, including nursing homes, hospitals, specialty clinics, and doctor offices. From each position, she was able to learn from the staff as well as her patients, and utilize that new knowledge in providing better care for her clients. She attributes her successful career to never giving up, and listening to all those she works with. They all see different aspects of a patient and can have valuable input in the care of the patient. When she is not assisting her patients, Leslie likes to relax by gardening, crocheting and knitting.
