Pursuing advanced medical training, Dr. Lau undertook his Cardiothoracic Anesthesia fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. He is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, and is a Diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners.
To stay current with the latest advances in his field, Dr. Lau remains a distinguished member of the Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists and the American Society of Anesthesiologists. He has dedicated his life to providing the highest standard of quality care to his patients, and he shares his wealth of experience as an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Hawaii. When he is not assisting patients, Dr. Lau enjoys playing golf.
