Phyllis S. Baer, MD, MPH, Internist and Hematologist with Harbor Health Services, and affiliated with Carney Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital – Milton, Quincy Medical Center, and Boston Medical Center, has been named a 2018 Top Doctor in Dorchester, Massachusetts. She had been the Medical Director of the Pace Program (program for all inclusive care of the elderly) for Harbor Health for the past 15 years.
