Dr. Myron D. Goldberg is a highly trained and qualified gastroenterologist with an extensive expertise in all facets of his work, especially in the field of endoscopic surgery. He is currently serving patients within his own private practice in New York City, New York, and is also affiliated with the New York University Langone Medical Center.
Dr. Myron D. Goldberg attended the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, where he graduated with his Medical Degree in 1971. After an internship at the Maimonides Medical Center, Dr. Goldberg completed a residency and fellowship at New York’s Lenox Hill Hospital and then a further fellowship at the Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center.
Dr. Goldberg is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, and it is in this latter field that he has become recognized as a leading expert across New York and beyond. Conditions treated by him include inflammatory bowel disease, heartburn, acid reflux, colon polyps and colon cancer, for which he also provides screening. He is an active member of the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and alongside his practice Dr. Goldberg serves as an Assistant Professor at the New York University Langone Medical Center. He is the 2018 winner of the New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center Gastrointestinal Care Excellence Award.
