Boehm is an established Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner currently serving patients within Fox Valley Hematology & Oncology in Appleton, Wisconsin. Featuring over 16 years of experience in her field, she has a special expertise in hematology nursing.
Daisy gained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2001 from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, becoming a Registered Nurse. An advocate for continuing education, she went on to gain her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh, becoming an Advanced Practice Nurse and an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner.
Alongside her acclaimed work as a Nurse Practitioner, Daisy also serves as a Certified Genetic Cancer Risk Assessment Counselor. She is a distinguished member of many professional organizations including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association and the Oncology Nursing Society. In her free time, Daisy enjoys running, going to the movies, knitting, reading, and playing the guitar and violin.
