Her distinguished dental career began in 1986 when she gained her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Howard University School of Dentistry in Washington, D.C, having earlier gained an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. Dr. Thomas-Webb also completed a residency at Howard University Hospital before entering private practice.
