With an upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare, Erma C. Morgan, RN, joins the prestigious ranks of the International Nurses Association. Erma is an established Registered Nurse with more than three decades of experience in her field and an extensive expertise in all facets of nursing. She is currently serving as Director and Administrator within the Covenant Health System in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Erma’s career in nursing began in 1983 when she graduated with her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee. Holding additional certification in Basic Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Erma stays current in her field by reading the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses journal. She attributes her success to her strong support system, and in her free time enjoys reading and playing the piano.
