Thanks to the generosity of Gold Sponsors like LaVida Massage, the Taste of Carrollwood, presented by Publix is providing a free food tasting on Sunday, April 2, 2017. The free event, produced by the Carrollwood Area Business Association (CABA), is serving up free food and family fun from over 30 Tampa area restaurants and 90 business vendors at George M. Steinbrenner Field, home of the Tampa Yankees.
CABA President Jeff Ryder said, “With Publix as our presenting sponsor, in addition to Gold Sponsors like LaVida Massage, the Taste of Carrollwood is going to scale this year, as we move our annual event a little farther south on Dale Mabry to the newly renovated George M. Steinbrenner Field.”
LaVida Massage owners, Glen and Jill Harrod, are local entrepreneurs who understand the day to day stresses of running a small business. They own a number of Tampa-based businesses and embrace the role that massage and self-care play in keeping themselves, their clients, and their businesses healthy and productive.
Offering a variety of services for everyone including seven (7) types of massages including chair, hot stone, prenatal, and sports/deep tissue (among others), LaVida Massage does not demonstrate a “one size fits all” philosophy. Instead, they offer enhanced therapies which include aromatherapy, reflexology, trigger point therapy, and hot stone. Each client is offered a customized massage depending on their needs.
Because of Gold Sponsors like LaVida Massage, the Taste of Carrollwood, presented by Publix is able to provide free, family fun that will include free food, free admission, and free parking. Attendees will enjoy a scavenger hunt, in-crowd entertainers, musical performers, and a special “Kids Corner.”
