The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Melissa R. Pugh, RN, MSN, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Melissa R. Pugh is a Registered Nurse with 19 years of experience in her field and an extensive expertise in all facets of nursing, especially psychiatric nursing, working with adults, and working in her community. Melissa is currently serving patients within Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
Melissa R. Pugh graduated with her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 1997 from Cleveland State Community College. An advocate for continuing education, she went on to gain Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2013 from Chamberlain College of Nursing, before obtaining Master of Science Degree in Nursing in 2016 from the same educational venue.
Throughout her career, Melissa has worked in many areas of the nursing field, having previous experience in medical/surgical and telemetry nursing. An inductee of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Melissa attributes her success to her true desire to help others and meet her patients needs. When she is not assisting her patients, Melissa enjoys running, bike riding, and Taekwondo.
