Dr. Chesner attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating with his Medical Degree in 1996. He subsequently served his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the Hospital Consortium, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, before undertaking his fellowship training in Rheumatology at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. He is board certified in Rheumatology by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine, and has earned the coveted title of Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology and Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Chesner is a Clinical Assistant Instructor of Medicine and Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, Pennsylvania. To keep up to date with the latest advances in his field, he maintains a professional membership with the American Osteopathic Association. For his hard work and dedication, Dr. Chesner is the recipient of the Patient’s Choice Award from 2011 to 2013. He attributes his success to always listening to his patients and treating them with individualized personal care.
