Julene Rheanna Zak received her Associate degree in Nursing from Amarillo College, becoming a Registered Nurse. She is currently studying for her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Texas. Additionally, Julene is certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Julene has worked in several areas of nursing, but is now recognized as a specialist cardiac nurse. She maintains a professional membership with the American Nurses Association, the Texas Nurses Association, and the Golden Key International Honour Society, as well as belonging to the Society for Collegiate Leadership and Achievement. Julene attributes her success to the great mentors that she has had, and when she is not assisting patients, she enjoys hunting, fishing, crocheting and furniture making.
