Page is an ALS coordinator and Spinal Cord Injury nurse practitioner currently working for James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital in Tampa, Florida. Holding over 45 years of experience in nursing, she specializes in spinal injury care.
Iliene S. Page obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Florida in 1971. Iliene had earlier gained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and she holds a Master Degree in Mental Health Nursing. Iliene is additionally certified in advanced cardiac life support and basic life support.
Throughout her long and successful career, Iliene has worked in many areas of nursing, and she remains a member of the American Nurses Association, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the American Association of Spinal Cord Injury Nurses. She says that her success is due to her constant desire to learn new things, and her passion for helping her patients enjoy a better life.
