Dalia Dippolito as well as the Boynton Beach Police Chief will testify as part of Ms. Dippolito’s Motion to Dismiss hearing. This will look like a mini trial.
On January 19, 2016, counsel for Ms. Dippolito cross-examined the undercover informant involved in the Boynton Beach Police Department’s sting operation. This crucial witness never testified live during Ms. Dippolito’s first trial.
News conference will be held in front of the Palm Beach County Courthouse, near the front courthouse steps, to discuss the motion to dismiss all charges.
