PSCUPSCU announced today that five of its Member-Owner credit unions have signed long-term contract renewals for the CUSO’s credit and debit processing services. The credit unions renewing their credit and debit card processing for the future with PSCU included DFCU Financial (Dearborn, MI; $3.5B assets); Pen Air FCU (Pensacola, FL; $1.2B); Ashland Credit Union (Ashland, KY; $178M); West Community Credit Union (O’Fallon, MO; $154M); and Peninsula Community FCU (Shelton, WA; $147M).

“We’re delighted our loyal Member-Owners continue to appreciate the added value present in our relationships,” said Sean Diamond, PSCU EVP of Relationship Development. “We are inspired by the high level of trust and confidence our Member-Owners have in our ability to support their card programs and help grow their portfolios.”

The renewing credit unions extended their PSCU processing relationships for terms ranging from five to seven years. The reasons most frequently cited by the credit unions for renewing include a high level of responsiveness by PSCU to issues and inquiries; strong track record of quality service; effectiveness of Advisors Plus® consulting; commitment to ongoing innovation; and the collaborative spirit shown in PSCU’s planning sessions with credit unions.

“The pace of innovation and competition in the payments environment is relentless,” said Diamond. “PSCU Member-Owners benefit in such a climate from the strength and depth of a collaborative partnership that helps them stay ahead of the curve and compete effectively over the long haul.”
