Mother and daughter, Melissa and Joan Rivers, underwent facelifts together as a “bonding” experience. But they aren’t the only celebrities partaking in this form of bonding ritual. In fact, mother-daughter plastic surgery is the newest craze and Tampa’s double Board-certified facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Richard Castellano, is seeing it firsthand.
