Recruiting talents for global brands is a tough job. But the concept of social recruitment is something new and exciting.
I am little confused though. Can a global management institute run event alone can solve such recruitment issues. I hope more and more business schools come together and organize similar kind of events and help corporates to hire the most efficient talents.
In your post, you have talked about social strategy. I am sure creating such a strategy does not take a day or two. It has to be month long preparation. Am I right?
