I. THE PROMOTION
Sponsor: PR NewsChannel, with main offices located at 1404 W. Fletcher Avenue, Tampa, FL 33612 is sponsoring the “PR NewsChannel Client Survey” (the ”Promotion”).
II. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion is valid from 9:00:01 AM (ET) Friday, July 26, 2013 thru 5:00:01 PM (ET) Friday, August 16, 2013.
The only eligible participants in this Promotion are those individuals, in conformance with the legislation of their State of residence, for whom the Promotion and its rules may be valid and legally applicable.
III. ELIGIBILITY
Employees, contractors, directors and officers of PR NewsChannel or its affiliates or associate companies as well as those who assist or work on a permanent basis with PR NewsChannel or in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion, and their immediate, family members are not eligible to participate.
IV. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Internet access is required to participate. The only way to participate in this Promotion is online by completing the client survey provided by prnewschannel.com either through email or on the website.
Upon valid completion of the client survey, participants will be prompted to enter their contact information in the provided fields. Once completed, eligible participants will receive 30% off of PR NewsChannel distribution services and will be entered to win the Grand Prize of one (1) $50 Panera Bread gift card.
One entry per person, discount can only be applied once per company or organization. No purchase necessary to enter. Discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
V. PRIZE
One entrant will be selected randomly Monday, August 19, 2013 to win the Grand Prize of one (1) $50 Panera Bread gift card.
VI. RANDOM DRAWING AND PRIZE REDEMPTION
Odds of winning are based on eligible number of entries. Winners will be selected at random.
Winner will have seven (7) to ten (10) days to acknowledge the Prize win or the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. The Prize will be delivered via the physical address supplied within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after eligibility confirmation. Any change in the e-mail address of the winner is the sole responsibility of the participant. PR NewsChannel is not responsible for any changes in e-mail or physical address. To redeem the Prize, the winner must contact PR NewsChannel as indicated in the e-mail informing the winner of the Prize. New clients will need to create a free account as a condition to claiming the prize.
