Jack Doyle has lived in America for over eight decades, and over the course of his life he has seen a plethora of presidents, senators, congressmen and lesser-elected officials take office. Doyle’s interest in American politics began when his father became the president of an association that represented over 56,000 customs agents and border guards. During his elected time, his father met many senators and congressmen, working with them on bills that affected the employees he represented. As Doyle grew older, he learned how important it was not to pledge an allegiance to any single man or political party. During that same time, he says he watched the condition of his once-great nation deteriorate at the power of greed and wealth. He hopes that “American Idiots” opens readers’ eyes to what he believes is really going on in political office across the country.

About the Author: A New Jersey native, Jack Doyle participated in many sports as a child including baseball, football, hockey, basketball and swimming. He went on to attend Drew University, where he also continued to participate in football and baseball. Doyle worked as a marketing and advertising executive with Faber-Castell Pencil Company and eventually, as the owner and president of Doyle Associates Wholesaling Art, Drafting and Engineering Film/Paper Supplies. After retiring, he went on to dabble in real estate in Hilton Head, S.C., and Ocean County, N.J.
