Swift Exchange, an innovator in the facilitation of global commerce, today announced the appointment of Chris Heller as Chief Product Officer. In his new role, Mr. Heller will be responsible for understanding customers’ needs and delivering exceptional products that enrich their businesses and their lives.

Mr. Heller recently served as Vice President – Product Management of TravelCLICK. There, he developed the highly successful digital advertising and reservations technology businesses. Later he spearheaded market research, prototyping, development and implementation of an Oracle-based business intelligence solution for the hospitality industry, garnering the best customer satisfaction scores of any product in company history.
Prior to that Mr. Heller served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Galileo International, where he helped create the world’s first highly-targeted digital advertising product and the world’s first integrated tour and cruise booking system. Mr. Heller started his career at Worldspan (now Travelport), where he played a key role in the launch of the company.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, Mr. Heller lives in Chicago.
