Jerry Sonkens, MD, MS, FACS, Reputable Otolaryngologist and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons will be Highlighted in The Leading Physicians of the Worl

He is a highly-trained and qualified Otolaryngologist with an extensive expertise in all facets of his work. Dr. Jerry Sonkens has been practicing for over 44 years and is an otolaryngologist currently maintaining a position at ENT Specialists in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Dr. Jerry Sonkens obtained his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in 1972, where he also completed an internship. He then went on to complete a residency at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland and holds a Master of Science Degree in Anatomy.

Dr. Sonkens is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, and has earned the coveted title of Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He attributes his success to the help and support of his mentors, and he now acts as a mentor himself to medical students. When not assisting patients, Dr. Sonkens is a keen photographer and he also volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America.
