About the Author: Bruce Smith attended Glendale Community College. His experience includes engineering and finance. He also dabbles in oil painting and creates one-of-a-kind Christmas ornaments for friends and family. Smith is an accomplished photographer and travels extensively as a disaster recovery specialist, assisting local governments that have been devastated by hurricanes and other natural disasters.
