Dr. Cordi holds over 25 years of experience in her field, and is currently serving as the Associate Medical Director of Emergency Medical Services at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Furthermore, she is affiliated with Columbia University and the City of New York Fire Department.
Dr. Cordi was educated at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences Center, prior to completing her internship and residency at Jacobi Hospital – Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, and maintains a professional membership with the American Academy of Disaster Medicine. In addition to assisting patients, Dr. Cordi also teaches as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center, and is the President of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Cordi attributes her success to having always known that she wanted to help people. When she is not working, Dr. Cordi enjoys spending time outdoors.
