She is a highly-trained and qualified psychiatrist with expertise in all facets of her work, especially child and adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Dahlke has been practicing for over 44 years and is currently serving patients within her private practice in Omaha, Nebraska. She works with patients who struggle with ADHD, bipolar disorder, manic depressive disorder, depression, insomnia, and schizophrenia.
Dr. Dahlke attended the University Of Nebraska College Of Medicine and obtained her medical degree in 1972. She further completed fellowship training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Dahlke is certified in psychiatry and child psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. In order to remain at the forefront of her challenging field, she maintains a professional membership with the Nebraska Medical Association, the Metropolitan Omaha Medical Society, the American Psychiatric Association, the Nebraska Psychiatric Society, the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and the Regional Organization of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Dr. Dahlke was recognized as an Outstanding Young Woman of America in 1980, a Life Member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in 2010, and a Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association in 2014. She co-authored several articles and was included in Who’s Who of the Midwest and the Directory of Medical Specialists in 1983, Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders in America in 1987, Who’s Who in the World in 1990, and The National Registry of Who’s Who in 1999. She credits her success to her passion for the field and her faith in God. Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Dahlke dedicates her time to singing in the church choir, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren.
