Internet Searches for Rudy Giuliani Plummet, John McCain Skyrocket, Reports the Tampa-based Search Engine Redzee.com™
With the Florida primary just days away, interest in McCain doubles over the last month; Giuliani’s numbers drop dramatically and searches for Mitt Romney rise slightly, according to RedZee Search™.

(PRNewsChannel) / Tampa, Fla. – In what may be an indicator of what’s to come in the biggest prize yet in the presidential sweepstakes, Internet searches for Rudy Giuliani have plummeted over the last month among Floridians, while interest in John McCain has doubled, according to the Florida-based search engine RedZee.com™.
Searches for “Rudy Giuliani” are down more than 60-percent compared to last month; while searches for “John McCain” are up about 50-percent, according to RedZee.com™.
Inquiries for “Mitt Romney” have risen about 25-percent.
“What it means we can’t say for certain,” says John Stewart, president of Tampa-based RedZee.com™, which returns 20-million searches a month from users worldwide. “Our search numbers for the Republican candidates appear to support the poll numbers.”
Pundits view Florida as a must-win for Giuliani, the former New York mayor who opted out of competing in the early primary and caucus states and bet his presidential hopes on a strong showing in Florida to jumpstart his fledgling campaign.
The number of searches for McCain and Romney are almost neck and neck, which also mirror the latest poll numbers.
“Sen. McCain will likely be the most pleased with these numbers because they certainly show him having incredible momentum,” says Stewart. “But Gov. Romney should be happy as well.”
With a red and white striped zebra as its mascot, The Tampa, Fla.-based RedZee.com™ began as the “family-friendly” search engine because it filters out smut.
