Exclusive! Former Vice President Al Gore will be Tom Brokaw's guest this Sunday. It will be Gore's first appearance on "Meet the Press" since his 2000 presidential campaign. In 2007, Gore won the Nobel Peace Prize and an Academy Award for his documentary film, "An Inconvenient Truth." On Thursday, he launched a bold new plan to address global warming and the energy crisis. We'll ask him about his plan as well as presidential politics.

Then we turn to Decision 2008 with insights and analysis from our political roundtable on the vice presidential search process and Obama's trip abroad. Joining us: NBC's Chief White House Correspondent David Gregory and NBC's Political Director Chuck Todd.

Tom Brokaw is the interim moderator of "Meet the Press." Betsy Fischer is the executive producer. Michelle Jaconi and Rebecca Samuels are producers.

"Meet the Press" is seen on the NBC Television Network from 9-10 a.m. ET in most markets. In Washington D.C. and New York City, the broadcast is seen from 10:30-11:30 a.m. ET.
