London, UK – Nimsoft, the “Big 4” alternative for IT performance and availability monitoring solutions, announced that the European Supply Chain Division of a global healthcare company has adopted NimBUS as its monitoring solution of choice for a critical customer service initiative across Europe. The customer program is linked to a Siebel customer relationship management system used by several hundred users that relies on a complex and distributed environment of servers, databases and networks that stretches from Spain to Germany. By deploying NimBUS, the IT department is able to proactively monitor and manage any faults in real time before they turn into a financially damaging service outage.
The health care company designed the project to establish a comprehensive customer care service that would centralise customer care for its entire European operations. Customer calls are routed automatically to the first-available agent, who has instant access to the customer information.
