Lacktman was among 12 winners named to this year's list, which was published in the January 2008 issue of Nightingale's, a monthly newsletter for professionals serving the health care industry. Lacktman is the 13^th Foley attorney to be recognized by Nightingale's in various areas of health care law since 2005.

Lacktman is a member of the firm's Health Care Industry Team and the White Collar Defense & Corporate Compliance Practice.
