William J. Higgins is an established Community Mental Health Nurse who continues to provide exceptional care and support to his patients within the South Beach Psychiatric Center in Brooklyn, New York. Having been in practice for over a decade, he is noted for his expertise in psychiatric nursing.
William attended the SUNY Downstate Medical Center, graduating with his Nursing Degree in 2007. Driven to further his knowledge, he went on to earn his Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Binghamton University. Moreover, William holds additional certifications in Basic Life Support and CPR.
To keep current with the new nursing developments and guidelines, William remains a distinguished member of the American Holistic Nurses Association. He was inspired to enter nursing from witnessing how caring and skilful the nurses were when he was a patient himself.
