Featuring over 14 years of experience in her field, she has a special expertise in clinical psychology, as well as women’s issues, women’s leadership development, and women’s health.
Dr. Gonzalez attended Yeshiva University in New York City, graduated with her Psy.D in Clinical Psychology in 2003. Since graduating, she has completed a number of advanced training courses and remains committed to keeping current with the newest developments in the field of psychology. She continues her passion for education as a lecturer at the graduate level.
Dr. Gonzalez is passionate about empowering the Latina population. She is the founder of the National Society of Latina Leadership and Empowerment, an organization that gives students the opportunity to connect with others, and empower themselves by networking. She attributes her success to her parents, who gave up everything they had for her and her education, and to making a difference in her field, overcoming challenges, and helping women lead a happy, healthy, and successful life. When she is not working, Dr. Gonzales enjoys spending quality time with her family and traveling.
