Putman, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CRRN to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Lashanda G. Putman is an established Family Nurse Practitioner who continues to provide exceptional care and support to her patients within The Family Health Centers of Ga and the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Featuring over a decade of experience in her field, she has a special expertise in family practice, rehabilitation and float nursing.
Lashanda’s career in healthcare began in 2006 as a Certified Medical Assistant. She later went on to obtain her Nursing Degree from Bauder College in Atlanta in 2012. An advocate for pursuing further education, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2014 from the University of Texas at Arlington, followed by her Master of Science Degree in Nursing in 2017 from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. Since graduating, Lashanda has completed a number of advanced training courses, obtained her certification in family practice, and maintains her certifications in rehabilitation registered nursing with additional certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support.
Lashanda keeps current with the new nursing developments, guidelines, and procedures through her membership with the United Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (UAPRN) association, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and her
membership with the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses. She loves the idea of utilizing her skills, education and work experience in the nursing profession, and has dedicated her life to providing the highest standard of quality care. Lashanda attributes her success to the tragedies she experienced as a child driving her to become a successful adult, and in her free time she enjoys watching movies with her children.
