Robert D. Hawkins is an established Registered Nurse who continues to provide exceptional care and support to his patients with the County of Ventura in California. Featuring over 17 years of experience in his field, he has a special expertise in medical/surgical nursing, mental health, correctional health, and public health.
Robert attended Northern Virginia Community College, earning his Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 1999. Pursuing further education, he went on to obtain his Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2003 from the University of Phoenix. Since graduating, Robert has completed a number of advanced training courses, and holds additional certification as a Public Health Nurse.
To stay current with the latest advances in nursing, Robert remains a distinguished member of the American Nurses Association and the American Correctional Health Services Association. He has dedicated his life to providing the highest standard of quality care to his patients. Robert feels that his mother is his biggest influence, being a public health nurse and graduating from Bellevue School of Nursing in the 1940’s. He attributes his success to his passion for being a positive influence and adapting to his community.
