Dr. Nowek has also undertaken a wide range of further courses and gained a long list of certifications and qualifications, including Medicine Administration and Medicine Psychology from the Diplomatic Medical Association of Occupational Health, and is a Certified Internal Auditor for Management Systems of Industrial Health and Safety, (OHSAS 18001:2007), and a Diplomat for Upper Management System of Industrial Health and Safety OHSAS-18001-SST001.

Moreover, he is National Board Certified in General Medicine in Mexico. In addition, he is well versed in reference to the I.A.D.C., (International Association Of Drilling Contractors), as well as to the Mexican Norms of STPS. He has been, is currently, and would be a definite asset to any Foreign and Domestic Oil Drilling Company and their auxiliary services in Mexico and abroad. His offshore experience is second to none.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Nowek serves as company physician for example, Ensco Drilling Mexico and Diamond Offshore Drilling, Jay R. McDermott and several others, and has also over twenty years experience with International Air Ambulance Services. He maintains a professional membership with COPARMEX, the Mexican Society of Occupational Health Specialists, and the Mexican Society of Occupational Health Southeast Chapter, the Ciudad Del Carmen Association of Occupational Health, and others.
