Dr. Turato graduated with her Medical Degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York in 1986. Thereafter, she undertook her residency training with Weill Cornell Medical Center Westchester Division. Dr. Turato is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
To stay current with the latest advances in her field, Dr. Turato remains a distinguished member of the American Psychiatric Association and stays abreast of current clinical literature psychiatry. She has dedicated her life to providing the highest standard of quality and compassionate care to her patients. Dr. Turato attributes her success to her excellent training in psychiatry and a conviction that the use of medication to treat mood disorders and other psychiatric conditions must be accompanied with psychotherapy.
