Ann Marie Lavelle is an established Nurse currently serving patients within Scranton Hematology & Oncology in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Featuring over 17 years of experience in her field, Ann Marie has a special expertise in outpatient chemotherapy, and as a Clinical Trials Coordinator.
Ann Marie’s career in nursing began in 2000, when she graduated with her Nursing Degree from Luzerne County Community College. Pursuing further education, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing with honors in 2013 from Misericordia University. Since graduating, Ann Marie has completed a number of advanced training courses.
An inductee of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Ann Marie is also a member of the Oncology Nursing Society, allowing her to stay current with the latest advances in her field. She has dedicated her life to providing high quality and compassionate care to her patients, and attributes her success to having gone through the cancer experience prior to becoming a nurse, and her understanding of the disease. When she is not assisting patients, Ann Marie enjoys traveling.
