Tami Shepherd is an established Registered Nurse currently serving as Director of Nursing for ALTUS Infusion in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Featuring two decades of experience in her field, she has a special expertise in the areas of pediatric and adult oncology, neurology, rheumatology, and gastroenterology nursing.
Tami’s acclaimed career in nursing began in 1997, when she graduated with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma. Since graduating, she has completed a number of advanced training courses and holds additional certifications in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
To stay current with the latest advances in nursing, Tami remains a distinguished member of the Rheumatology Nurses Society. She has dedicated her life to providing the highest standard of quality and compassionate care to her patients, and attributes her success to her strong work ethic, desire to make a difference, being the best she can be, and her love for teaching and helping other nurses.
