Along with the Carrollwood 20 Minutes to Fitness staff, event co-hosts Michael Kimling, MHD Communications; and Jennifer Jenkins, AdvoCare Independent Distributor; welcomed CABA members to the fitness center where CABA members and their guests passed referrals and learned more about each other’s businesses.
“20 Minutes to Fitness is different. Using scientifically based strength-building methods, we make it possible to achieve in one weekly 20-minute session what might require three or more hours a week in a traditional fitness center. You will train under the watchful eye of your personal fitness coach on high-end specialized equipment, which has been scientifically engineered for our slow cadence approach.”
“Your personal fitness coach will guide you through a total body workout, guiding you so you lift weights in slow but continuous movements until the point at which your muscles can no longer perform: taking your muscles to peak performance.”
“Both safe and effective, our workout can be fine-tuned for people of any fitness level – from sedentary teens, to elite athletes, to stay-at-home moms, to time-starved professionals, to 80-year-old grandmas, to recreational golfers and cyclists.”
“20 Minutes to Fitness is a wonderful addition to our CABA community,” said CABA President Diane Stoddart, LTC Financial Solutions. “We love bringing new businesses into the fold and spreading the message of ‘helping ourselves by helping others.’”
For over 30 years, CABA has provided area businesses with a voice and community to help ensure their growth. With over 400 members, the Tampa networking organization represents a large variety of businesses in the Greater Carrollwood area.
