The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Charlotte Hamilton, CRNP to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Charlotte Hamilton is an established Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner currently serving patients with Corizon Correctional Healthcare in Pennsylvania. Featuring over two decades of experience in her field, she has a special expertise in psychiatric nursing.
Charlotte’s acclaimed career in nursing began in 1993, when she earned her Licensed Practical Nurse Certification. An advocate for continuing education, she went to graduate with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2005, followed by her Master of Science Degree in Nursing in 2008 from Thomas Jefferson University. Since graduating, she has completed a number of advanced training courses and holds additional certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. She also obtained certification as a Registered Nurse Practitioner.
To stay current with the latest advances in nursing, Charlotte maintains a professional membership with the National Black Nurses Association. She has dedicated her life to enhancing her patients’ quality of life, and attributes her success to her parents, especially her mother Yvonne Hamilton Costa for her strong upbringing and teaching her the value of good work ethic. When she is not assisting patients, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading, and poetry.
