The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Vonzie Niehoff, RN, BSN, CBN, CCM, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Vonzie Niehoff is an established Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing currently serving patients within Surpassion Healthcare Services in Bowling Green, Virginia. Featuring over four decades of experience in nursing, she is a specialist home healthcare nurse and bariatric case manager nurse.
Vonzie gained her Nursing Degree in 1974, becoming a Registered Nurse. An advocate for continuing education, she went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the Chamberlain College of Nursing of Downers Grove, Illinois. Since graduating, she has completed a number of advanced training courses, and holds additional certification in Basic Life Support, and as a Certified Bariatric Nurse and Certified Case Manager.
Vonzie has worked in many fields of nursing, and held increasingly senior positions, throughout her long and distinguished career. To stay current with the latest advances in her field, she maintains a professional membership with the Visiting Nurses Association of America. She has dedicated her life to providing the highest standard of care to her patients, and attributes her success to her caring attitude and desire to be a nurse from an early age. In her free time, Vonzie enjoys hiking, sewing and reading.
